it all started with this order: 4.7mm Franco Diamond Cut 585 but I never received anything like that and I was not even notified that they replaced the 14 karat chain with another 10 karat and smaller and lighter. indeed out of 5000 dollars they gave me 1600 in credit that they should have given me much sooner they ruined my Christmas gift I sent them emails that it was their mistake not mine to compensate me but they didn't want to give it at all and the order took a very long time I waited three times longer than it should have been than indicated on the site. and now with the credit of 1600 and I put a difference to order a chain and bracelet but again they are smaller in weight and even tiny I ordered 7 mm and I received 3 mm something very useless or now again osa give me the difference back or nimik I think that if you do this to a customer twice in a row in the same Christmas month you ruined Christmas for his family gifts you also have pity on that customer and give a reward greater than the value of the entire orders so it would be fair and give me a credit so that I can order everything from you so for you it is equal to 0 times the credit you give because I buy everything from you and you are a jeweler how do you respect your customer? let's see what credit you give me because in the month of Christmas out of two orders I did not receive a single one of what I ordered or the value of the money I paid you all know that a gift is important at Christmas especially when it is for your loved ones and these gentlemen from Medusa Binoux have ruined my gifts and my money twice but I'm waiting to see what credit they give me now I have proof I sent them emails with pictures with proof I will also put pictures if I am allowed in this review but
